GLUTEN FREE CAKE RECIPE

Ingredients
2 eggs
180 gr sugar (1 cup)
200 ml milk (1 cup)
100 ml vegetable oil (half cup)
Our gluten-free flour mix 240 g (2 cups)
1 packet of baking powder
1 package vanilla



Preparation
First of all, egg and sugar is blended in quick setting by mixer for 5 minutes. Then milk and oil are added and blended for a further minute. Flour, baking powder and vanilla are mixed in another bowl and sifted and added into the liquid mixture. Until obtaining a smooth dough, it is mixed gently. It is poured into greased cake pan and cooked in preheated 180'C oven for 35-40 minutes. After being cooked, it is left for cooling. Then it is removed from the cake pan after being cooled.
