GLUTEN FREE COOKIE FLOUR MIX


GLUTEN-FREE CHOCOLATE DROPS COOKIE

Materials:

2 eggyolks
100 gr of powderedsugar
150 gr of butter
350 gr of gluten-freeflour mix
½ package of bakingpowder(5 gr)
½ package of vanilla (2,5 gr)
1 tablespoonof water
1 teaspoon ofcinnamon
50 gr of chocolatedrops


Preparation:

Well whis kuntil sugar,oil and egg have the consistency of cream. Knead after adding flour, baking powderand vanillato it.Put cinnamon and chocolated ropsinto it.Cook in an ovenpreheatedto 1800C for 20 minutes

GLUTEN-FREERAISIN NUT COOKIE

Materials:

1 egg
100 gr of sugar
80 ml of oil
80 gr of margarin
300 gr of gluten-freeflour mix
½ package of bakingpowder (5 gr)
½ package ofvanilla (2,5 gr)
½ glass of walnut (50 gr) (optional)
½ glass of raisin(optional)


 


Preparation:

Well whis kuntil sugar, oil and egg have the consistency of cream. Knead after adding flour, baking powder and vanillato it. Can put raisin and walnutsinto it optionally. Cook in an ovenpreheated to 2000C for 20 minutes.
