GLUTEN FREE SOFT BREAD RECIPE


SOFT BREAD RECIPE

Materials:


250 gr mix of breadflour
A glass of warmwater (250 ml)
1 dessert-spoon of driedyeast (5 gr)
1 tablespoon of oil (10 ml)
1 teaspoon of salt (2,5 gr)

½ teaspoon of sugar (2,5 gr)


Preparation:

Dissolve yeastand sugar in 50 ml of warm water. Wait for leaven. On the other hand, put some flour into a container and dish. Add leaveny east, oil and salt. Finally, add warm water and knead until smooth dough forms. Place the dough into a Teflon mold and cover with a clot horstretch film. Wait (forapproximately 30 minutes) until the dough doubles in volume in a warm place. Smear oil over it with a brush before baking. Put it into an oven preheatedto 2000C and cook for 40 minutes. When it comesout of the oven, unm old the bread and wait to cold on the wire.
